∞ Orders to Europe, North America and the rest of the world will be sent via Deutsche Post / DHL International within three (3) days following receipt of payment. All items are shipped from Berlin via Deutsche Post / DHL (cheapest option) so no tracking # is available. If you want tracking, get in touch before placing order and I will get you a quote. Deutsche Post is a reputable carrier though, so don't worry. Both cd's and vinyl will be well packaged.
∞ Please note that I cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged in transit. If you wish for items to be sent via an insured postal service, please contact me prior to ordering.

∞ If you have worked out an insured/trackable shipping method with us (which involves communicating with me independently about paying a higher rate than that posted in the general shipping chart prior to ordering), then please do not hesitate contacting us to discuss any problems you may have regarding lost or damaged items.
